PawCare is operated by Bora Işık, an individual. Bora Işık is the controller for processing purposes determined by PawCare. Support and deletion: destek@pawcare.com.tr. Privacy and personal-data requests: info@pawcare.com.tr. No company, representative or former company address is substituted for this identity.
Free limits
Free includes one pet, 20 MiB total capacity and five PawAI questions per membership period shown in the app. Manual health/nutrition records have no count limit. Family sharing and new veterinary-document uploads are unavailable. Document, food-image and diet AI and the full health-card PDF are excluded.
Future plans
Gold and Platinum are planned packages. Country prices shown are informational, with 'Coming soon' beneath the price. Purchases, pre-orders and paid subscription starts are closed. Language selection does not determine the price country; choose the price country separately.
How to request deletion
Use account deletion in the app's account/settings area. Outside the app, email destek@pawcare.com.tr with 'Account/data deletion request' and your account email address. State the account or specific data to be deleted. Do not attach passwords, identity copies or veterinary documents to the initial email.
Completing the process
Receiving a request does not mean deletion is complete. Accounts with clinical records may need review; automatic processing can stop and signing in again may be necessary. An undeleted account must not be shown as successfully deleted. Support explains the process and remaining scope; wait for completion confirmation.
Age and child protection
Account use requires a minimum age of 16; people under 16 must not create accounts. Parental permission is not an exception to this product limit. For ages 16–17, child safety, understandable notices and any country/operation-specific representation or capacity conditions remain. A 16+ limit does not establish full legal compliance.
