Terms of use
Age and child protection
Account use requires a minimum age of 16; people under 16 must not create accounts. Parental permission is not an exception to this product limit. For ages 16–17, child safety, understandable notices and any country/operation-specific representation or capacity conditions remain. A 16+ limit does not establish full legal compliance.
Using the service
Use the service only for permitted purposes and protect your account credentials. You must have necessary rights to your content. Features may vary by country, app version and service conditions. PawCare does not promise a veterinary platform or emergency response service; AI information does not replace veterinary decisions.
Free limits
Free includes one pet, 20 MiB total capacity and five PawAI questions per membership period shown in the app. Manual health/nutrition records have no count limit. Family sharing and new veterinary-document uploads are unavailable. Document, food-image and diet AI and the full health-card PDF are excluded.
Future plans
Gold and Platinum are planned packages. Country prices shown are informational, with 'Coming soon' beneath the price. Purchases, pre-orders and paid subscription starts are closed. Language selection does not determine the price country; choose the price country separately.
AI and data transfers
PawAI identifies the active provider and data categories in the feature's explanation. Depending on the selected operation, questions, conversations or pet context may go to Anthropic, OpenAI or Google; they are not all necessarily active. Required provider acceptance precedes processing. Do not include unnecessary human identity or health information. The health context of a pet whose data you are permitted to access may include microchip/record identifiers, clinic names, diagnosis/findings and free-form notes; processing is not limited to an anonymous general question. Revoking acceptance does not undo earlier provider processing.
Deletion scope
Deletion requests cover all user data under PawCare's control, including copies of veterinary documents. Records created by a vet in the same PawCare system are also included. Records in a clinic's independent system are separate. Any specific mandatory retention must be explained with its scope, reason and period in the response.
Reports and support
Use available in-app reporting/blocking options or destek@pawcare.com.tr. Include the content link and a short explanation without unnecessary personal data. A report does not guarantee a sanction or resolution before it is accepted and reviewed. Contact a veterinarian for urgent animal-health issues.
