Community rules
Age and child protection
Account use requires a minimum age of 16; people under 16 must not create accounts. Parental permission is not an exception to this product limit. For ages 16–17, child safety, understandable notices and any country/operation-specific representation or capacity conditions remain. A 16+ limit does not establish full legal compliance.
Community conduct
Respect other people's safety and privacy. Harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud and unauthorised personal-data sharing are prohibited. Do not share another person's photographs or documents without necessary authority. Do not post content that harms animals or is illegal.
Reports and support
Use available in-app reporting/blocking options or destek@pawcare.com.tr. Include the content link and a short explanation without unnecessary personal data. A report does not guarantee a sanction or resolution before it is accepted and reviewed. Contact a veterinarian for urgent animal-health issues.
