Operator and contact
PawCare is operated by Bora Işık, an individual. Bora Işık is the controller for processing purposes determined by PawCare. Support and deletion: destek@pawcare.com.tr. Privacy and personal-data requests: info@pawcare.com.tr. No company, representative or former company address is substituted for this identity.
Data and purposes
Account name, email and account/sign-in information support registration and access. Features you choose may process pet profiles, health/care/nutrition records, photographs, documents, messages and community content. Device information and notification tokens may support notifications and technical security. A pet record can be linked to an owner's account; it is not automatically human health data.
Location and permissions
Coordinates and addresses you choose for location-based reports may be stored on the server. Approximate public display does not mean the original record is approximate. Manage camera, photo and calendar permissions in device settings; device permission does not replace other applicable processing conditions.
Service providers
The app may use AWS infrastructure, Apple/Firebase notifications, Apple/Google sign-in, Google Maps/Places and Open-Meteo weather. The AWS source region is Stockholm; this does not guarantee that every recipient, backup or record is located there. Request current provider, transfer and retention information at info@pawcare.com.tr. Map and weather requests may send the selected location and search parameters to external providers; not every transfer is approximate. If you choose to open and send an appointment/support draft via WhatsApp, its owner, pet, appointment and any contact details go to WhatsApp and the recipient. Email, SMS and notifications may also use AWS and relay/telephone-carrier chains; opening a draft is not proof of delivery.
AI and data transfers
PawAI identifies the active provider and data categories in the feature's explanation. Depending on the selected operation, questions, conversations or pet context may go to Anthropic, OpenAI or Google; they are not all necessarily active. Required provider acceptance precedes processing. Do not include unnecessary human identity or health information. The health context of a pet whose data you are permitted to access may include microchip/record identifiers, clinic names, diagnosis/findings and free-form notes; processing is not limited to an anonymous general question. Revoking acceptance does not undo earlier provider processing.
Retention and security
Account and content data can be retained in persistent storage, rather than processed only in memory during a request. App messages are not end-to-end encrypted. No single universal retention/deletion period is promised; purpose, data category, backups and specific obligations are assessed. You can request current period and scope information.
Your rights
Contact info@pawcare.com.tr for information, access, correction, erasure and other applicable rights. Proportionate identity verification may be requested for the type of application. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity/health documents. Your right to contact the relevant country's competent data-protection authority remains.
Age and child protection
Account use requires a minimum age of 16; people under 16 must not create accounts. Parental permission is not an exception to this product limit. For ages 16–17, child safety, understandable notices and any country/operation-specific representation or capacity conditions remain. A 16+ limit does not establish full legal compliance.
